Strength-based Reformer Workshops by PLATFRM
How understanding strength training principles makes you a better Reformer trainer
The best Reformer trainers understand load, tension, and failure. They know how to push clients at the right intensity, at the right time — and how to program for real, measurable progress.
This two-day workshop is designed to help instructors confidently apply strength training principles to Reformer Pilates — so they can deliver structured, high-intensity classes that support real client progression.
Whether you’re new to teaching strength or looking to sharpen your programming and delivery, this workshop will bridge the gap between theory and practice — giving you the tools to teach with more clarity, purpose, and intent.
