How to redeem my LIFT card

If you’re a new client. Download the PLATFRM app either via Google Play or the Apple Store and create a PLATFRM account.

If you’re an existing client, log in to the PLATFRM app.

Once logged in, select More in the bottom tab.

Select Billing Information.

Select Redeem Gift Card.

Enter the Gift Card code and select Apply.

The Gift Card value should be visible in Billing Information under Account Balance.

If you are looking to purchase an ongoing Direct Debit Membership with your Lift Card, in Billing Information make sure to tick Apply account balance to reoccurring fees.

Once your Lift Card is redeemed on your account.

Under Billing Information make sure Apply account balance to reoccurring fees is ticked.

Once ticked, return to the More tab and select Buy new packages.

Select your Membership and proceed to checkout.

At checkout, you will see the balance of the account credits. Select Apply.

The account credit will display and you will see the total to pay is $0. Select Buy.

The payment will then process successfully using the account credits.

Once your Lift Card is redeemed on your account, return to the More tab and select Buy new packages.

Select your Package and proceed to checkout.

At checkout, you will see the balance of the account credits. Select Apply.

The account credit will display and you will see the total charge with your account credit applied. Select Buy.

The payment will then be processed with your account credit.
